@Ben Roux Where did it indicate in the video that he spent $1M down to zero? What he showcased was a fraction of his actual net worth. It sounds like he has the right idea about being mindful about the income that's coming in and that it will one day stop outside of the 70/30 he mentioned. That's better than most professional athletes, let alone those on a rookie deal. He's got a good head on his shoulders.

i always worked construction around my city for just average money, well one day i hit it big with a job in the oil sands, the first time i came back to town i took my mom ,dad, girlfriend, sister her husband and their 2 kids and my other sister and her boyfriend, all out to dinner for my moms birthday at a fancy restaurant in town and it came to a little over 500 bucks and that felt so good to be able to tell them to order anything they wanted, it is for sure a night i will never forget.
