I think that it will be difficult for a small country like Rwanda with a high population density to accommodate a hundred thousand immigrants. The Rwandan government has still not agreed on how many immigrants it is ready to accommodate. Therefore, U.K. has to also keep another plan ready. Although this plan will reduce illegal immigration into the U.K., but also will encourage the immigrants to enter other countries.
