Speaking in tongues is deliberate ..u can start it by your own will.. What is given by the spirit Is speaking in diverse tongues..These are different.. That's why attimes apostle asks us to speak in tongues for a minute..it doesn't mean we have to wait for the holy Spirit to come..we always start as soon as he tells us
