Two points - 1) You hv to pay alimony even if you are married for one day, one month - time doesn't matter Before that pay interim maintenance just on the application, maintenance when fixed.... Don't pay, arrest warrant issued and you go to jail... 2) Be prepared to face bouquet of cases at least 11 cases which includes the Criminal Cases includes Rape on male members.... Judiciary is not only corrupt but heavily biased and inefficient... So, if you go for challenging any order in Sessions or HC, then it is another case that you are fighting, so in no time that 11 cases will become 20 cases.... Wife is already getting interim maintenance and litigation expenses from you... Its you, your entire family will be running around... Since it is time consuming, you can loose your job and its common aged, ailing parents can't take it can succumb.... Not to mention financial cost fighting these 20 cases.... 3) All these call recordings, video recordings will come after 4-5 YEARS, during evidence stage. By that time, you will be completely destroyed.... Even if you win the case, still - 1) You hv to pay alimony 2) No action upon the girl for filing false cases... So, marriage under Indian laws is not only a losing game for men but a "destructive game" - your entire family, dreams, career is destroyed leading to deaths.... And this happening, irrespective of whether it is love marriage or arranged marriage bcoz marriage is a "start up" for "Modern, empowered Indian women".... Once i asked one of my lawyer friends he is practicing in Delhi High court so i asked him if falsely accused is proved against a man then can a man file a defamation case against the woman so he said that the court doesn't do anything just asks for an apology letter from the woman. What your friend said is 100% correct....So don't waste time... The classic e. g. that happened recently is Sarabjit Singh Bedi aka "Delhi ka Darinda" case that happened in 2012 and caught national media attention at that time.. After proving that the case is false after 5 years, Sarabjit and I guess Amish Agrawal ( his advocate) filed for defamation in lower court.... Turned down.... Went to HC, again same result.... And finally in Supreme Court this year, the result was same but what was shocking was Supreme Court saying - lot of time has passed, let's not drag this case.... So, there is no point in fighting in Indian Judiciary against a woman.... The best advice that can be given to a man is "settle the case" as quickly as possible and save yourself... Bcoz if you get entangled in Corrupt Judiciary, you can't even imagine what consequences and losses you can face....

Madam we are victim of the same family court, can say that corruption is there !! Even families of policemen and soldiers at the border are destroyed by false cases due to these foolish laws❤😢Lawyers are pressured by their associations to not take action against fellow lawyers, even when they're aware of false cases or misconduct. Lower Court Judges who want promotions in their career also do not want to displease the association of advocates. This can lead to a perpetuation of false cases, such as those under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deals with domestic violence, or non-bailable POSCO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) cases / IPC 377 Unnatural sex and even false convictions of innocent people if the judge is bribed as in AI Engineer Atul Subash's case or influenced by other means. Justice cannot be achieved by passing gender-biased laws and introducing a new series of legally aided exploitation and injustice through false cases. IPC Section 211 specifically addresses the issue of false charges with intent to injure, stating that whoever institutes or causes to be instituted any criminal proceeding against another person, with intent to cause injury to that person, can be held liable. However, the pressure from lawyers' associations prevents lawyers from using this section or other relevant laws, like perjury cases, against their colleagues. This can have severe consequences, as you mentioned, with crores of men, their siblings, and elderly parents being put in jail due to false cases. It's essential to address this issue and ensure that the law is upheld fairly and impartially, without undue influence from professional associations. Plus the Law sees husbands as low creatures and trivializes whatever documents and evidence they submit, the husband's lawyer has to beg for justice apologetically. Opposite advocates behave arrogantly, especially after the decriminalization of adultery/ cheating in relationships/ extramarital affair and they do not have to produce any evidence.😢 Initially they file a false police case of physical abuse then they will get an ex partee Restraint order from the Magistrate Court under the domestic violence case, so that you cannot meet your little children. After a few periods the father and his family are painted /alienated as a villain in the minds of his children by those who have their custody systematically telling falsehoods and separating them from their father using various means including influencing the judges, bribes, etc. Finally, we have so many men cheated in their marriage giving crores in alimony and maintenance plus they lose their children to the person who cheated them. Whatever evidence the fathers have of their cheating partner may not be taken by the Court citing objections like the Right to Privacy. Even a paternity test is objected to by the Court citing lack of consent and Right to Privacy..Finally the children hate their father so much that they would start distorting and generalising every action of love of their father through a negative perspective, deleting every good memory about their father in their minds.. The only law where the maximum number of women is convicted is 498 A, hence the law to protect women is actually detrimental to women because you don't need evidence, you just have to influence the Judge (money, promotion,n or other incentives) Therefore justice cannot be given by making barbaric laws like 498A, 376, 377, 506, POSCO, etc that assume one group criminal without evidence, thereby making the other group a stronger one. Injustice therefore perpetuates in another form. Exploitation and injustice will be continued by the new strong group over the weaker group. Justice can be delivered only by divine minds of honest Judges and not by making barbaric laws. Evidence should be considered at the stage of filing FIR/ arresting itself instead of getting jailed for several years while the Court decides on the fate of the accused innocent, who has lost his job/reputation, by taking his own sweet for several years. I want you to be a great Advocate to fight for genuine cases for the sake of Justice and Truth, not necessarily for law, liberty, equality, and fraternity, but sometimes against law, liberty, equality, and the fraternity itself. Because Truth and Justice are greater virtues compared to strictly following the law, liberty, equality, or fraternity

@@NammaKarla_live it is happening since yrs. my elder brother had got some one to settle by breaking my ex husbands bones 30 yrs back but i stopped him as i loved my husband but i felt uske hath pair tod dene chaiye the as he cheated me for dowry and left me in 3 months taking away my jwells and all clothes and everything. he was a fraud who asked me 20 lakhs to give divorce. i took expartee divorce from punjab without alimony as he ran away to other country in three months of marriage. such guys also exists. i saw alot of trauma from in laws too and by relatives and my family too as that time divorce was taboo. i spent 25 yrs now in pain as men use to say we dont want second hand woman to settle that time.

on cruelty on husband then wife should not get alimony.This is where Indian law fails. that's why i see men in 40s and 50s no one is going for divorce. they r staying separated and say jo chal raha hai chalne do. they dont go for divorce or else will loose all hard earned money. Based on the level govt benefits, paid leave and also career benefits will change. This way people will focus on creating families as higher level is good for the person. What the justice system don't understand that, only the rich men can accumulate the lost wealth. But for a middle class or poor men, it is impossible. 16:56 I saw cases where not only parents or relatives but kids as young as new born were charged with cruelty against women. Very sad state of affairs in India. 19:19 Remedies are available but financially costly and time consuming. The last solution is, avoid marriage and relationships if you live in India, or stay and settle outside.

Basically there is no checks and balance. If wife or girlfriend is not penalize for filing false cases, then why would they stop. Indian administration which is basically the successor of British administration is only good at collecting taxes. Nodoubt, people say Tax like European countries, facilities like Sub-Saharan Africa.
