It just sucks when the guy is taking you out, cooking you dinner, saying maybe hes open to a relationship. And then you realize he absolutely is not open to a relationship but still continues to see you (and other women) consistently. And is not going to change. And I feel rejected that he won’t see me exclusively. But he still puts effort in and we go in dates. But also does that with other women. It’s been months and I don’t want to leave though…If I walked away he would just let me because he has so many options 😂

It does need to be defined. In high school, we lived in the same neighborhood as my daughter's male friend. The problem is he was always around her so she never got to meet the boyfriend. When I look back at it now, lots of wasted time. He was basically talking/being friends with other girls but my daughter didn't get much of a chance to talk with other guys. Because whenever she was in the vicinity, he stuck to her like glue. Now then we thought yes, everyone's in band, everyone's friends. But now that I look back, it really smothered HER a bit. So now he's off to college and doesn't keep in touch with her at all. So I can't say it was because he really cared about her.

The difference is they should know better. they are so damaged coming out of long-term relationships. I would like your opinion on this! What does it mean if a guy texts you happy birthday and merry christmas but you aren’t that close?
