Evening, 1 Tim 2:9-10 is very clear and straight to the point. Somehow I find that you are disagreeing with the first 4 lines and agree with the last 3. God has his own way of life including the manner in which He wants women to dress. Looking into today's life, a woman going to the pub cannot look the same as the one that is serving the Lord. we are new creations and new creations do not carry their old self into Christ. A born again woman represent the Lord and should dress in a manner that is Godly.

Dorcas The question is how is that and who gets to define it? That's the point umfundisi is trying to make and that's true. There is no clear definition in the Bible of how women should dress and dress changes over time. Therefore how one is dresses is up to them according to their faith.
