Actually, what TSL does can be considered as a kind of healing therapy method. Deeply appreciated and thankful to all the talents who had created many interesting and creative segments to show to viewers. Kudos to Amanda, Gladys and Farriz . You 3 were great and awesome.😊

im liking gladys + steven's very healthy way of communicating with each other. They are like bffs who can talk about anything under the sun without any judgment.

It's important to always to talk about feelings because of it being something that, if hidden, can escalate to a bigger problem ✨ Excellent video ❤

Amanda 👍👍💚💚🧡🧡👍👍Level headed down to Earth 👍👍🧡🧡Greater chance of being happy because of realistic expectations. 👍👍💚💚Some of the videos you are a part of are very funny and make my day. Very positive contribution to society by spreading humor and happiness. I don't think you should compare your job with a doctor, firefighter ... or some such jobs ... because everyone is different ... and your contribution may actually be more valuable to alot of people.

Amanda is funny and damn chio alr so if she’s considering to get plastic surgery from pressure that’s she’s not pretty enough SHE IS DAMN CHIO ALR so she doesn’t really have to but if it’s personal interest by all means GO GURLL!! anyways not saying that she won’t be funny anymore but sometimes if you’re too pretty then the focus shifts but i will still love Amanda no matter what she’s my fav person in TSL

10:35 I mentioned in another video that I saw Amanda and Sew (and I think Rainier) having dinner in Suntec, if they weren't busy, I would probably ask for a photo you know. I feel like I saw celeb.

We each have our own different struggles in life. Be it physical, relationships, careers, studies, etc. Not everything needs to be mended by someone or be opened/shared to others.

Imo this(caring abt other's feelings as shown in the video) is wht PC language is about. Like saying the truth in such a way that others get the message but dont get hurt.

Insecurity can be a killer... even on unrelated questions like "I bring value to the world.", how can you link it to weight and being plus-sized? Nobody is thinking or saying that. But coming from the person who bought a dress without even trying it on and then making a huge online fuss about it afterwards, what can we expect? No shit that measurements fluctuate between brands...

Speaking as someone who used to be obese, don’t waste time talking about being healthier & weight fluctuation. Do something about it. Its not easy but its not impossible. Living example here.

Thank you for your advice :-) there are certain things I don’t need to share online, I know myself best, cheers 🫡
@jinnielaw11 ай бұрын
god shut the hell up. everyone's experience is different and this is an EDITED video and no one asked for your "advice". you go gurl, gladys! just because you make videos online doesn't mean you need to share every detail of your journey with people.

as much as this comment was made with good intentions to help Gladys, i think it is still quite tone deaf and maybe could have been worded and phrased much better and nicer. it doesn’t hurt to be nice and not come off as condescending, especially to someone who has clearly articulated what they are going through and the negative comments she has received online. i don’t think after watching the video one can’t comprehend and understand that Gladys knows and understands her body and knows what to do, which ever suits her lifestyle and health best. there is no one size fits all. please practice empathy and realise that our words, albeit behind an anonymous account, holds weight to those you direct it to. let’s do better to help one another ✌🏻
@chickennutpie11 ай бұрын
If you watch the video, she shared that comments like this are frustrating because it does seem like people assume she doesn’t take care of her health when she actually does. And while this comment does come from a good place of ‘if I can do it, you can do it too’, everyone has their own journey when it comes to their health. Imagine if you’ve put in the work to be happy at where you’re at, and someone comments that you can ‘do better’ and ‘just try more’ - not knowing how far you have already come. It’s easy to assume you know someone’s full journey just because some part of their lives is on the internet. But we don’t know the full story. Extend the same kindness that you wish someone would do for yourself. Take care and all the best ❤ (Gladys i think you are amazing ✨)
