I find doubly weird that not only was the tournament all about the "workhorses" and full timers and Edge was in it, but he lost in the first round. Just seemed like a wasted spot.

First ever NXT champion, 5x tag team champ, 2x IC champ, 2-time US champ, 2x WWE champ, 2x Universal champ, Money in the Bank, Royal Rumble winner, 9-time Slammy Award winner, and had the heist of the century, cashing in Money in the Bank briefcase in spectacular fashion at the main event of Wrestlemania 31 sprinting down that ramp, winning the championship and swinging it around his head with the pyro going off in the background. A first ballot Hall of Famer for sure.

For those who don't know Edge has signed a contract where he doesn't expect to win titles but only fight and have fun in the ring in these last years of his career it's his choice so this is the reason why he was eliminated in the first match of the tournament

@@PROJAKED I know it may seem strange that he was eliminated first but this tournament has made it clear the value that this title can have for those who compete Edge probably deserved to reach the final but you want a match that sells you the PPV you want the best in the square well nobody is like Styles and Rollins IMO
