Referrals are a no brainer , though 2 challenges I've experienced and seen. Firstly (and it refers to bias) where does Diversity end and Cloning start ie. hiring in our own image and secondly , how to avoid the Recruiter being left with Sourcing an open role for the referred candidates ie. the balance between candidate and requisition driven.......do you insist on the referrer , referring against a role currently open or soon to be open ?
