In 2012, 98.99 million Chinese were living below the national poverty line. President Xi Jinping pledged that all rural poor should shake off poverty to usher in a prosperous society in all respects when the Party celebrates its centenary in 2021.
To deliver on that promise, Xi took charge, drew plans, convened conference after conference, and visited all 14 impoverished areas across the country. On November 3, 2013, during his visit to Shibadong Village in central China's Hunan Province, he proposed the idea of "targeted poverty alleviation."
The successful rollout of the "targeted poverty alleviation" strategy has lifted China's 832 impoverished counties, including the 14 areas, out of absolute poverty. China has achieved the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development poverty reduction target 10 years ahead of schedule. #XiJinping #zeropoverty

Of course, China was in worse shape than India, having gone through a 25 year struggle for independence from imperial Japan and the Kuomintang landlords. In addition, the US continued to meddle in China after WWII giving support to Taiwan and South Korea as well, and fomenting dissent in Tibet. So, having established this basis of comparison, let us now look at the results of the Capitalist experiment in India and the Socialist experiment in China. Which do you think has won? While India continues to creat poverty and is home to the largest number of poor people in the world, China has eliminated absolute poverty. China has gone to the far side of the moon (the US hasn’t managed that yet), has a shuttle landing on Mars as I write, is a leader in 5G technology (and leading the way in 6G), a leader in quantum computing, the second largest register of patents showing its position as an innovative hun, the largest bilateral lender in the developing world, a global center of culture, etc. India on the other hand cannot treat its farmers fairly and so 25% of the country (almost the number of the US population) are striking as I write. I have not even spoken of the quality of the infrastructure China has, these things are too many to list. I’ll understand if you choose not to respond or respond by avoiding the question and evidence I have provided. You are of course, a CIA troll so you can’t tell the truth.

I thank China for being a competitive enemy. Each time China taunts us, we realise the weakness underlying and thus motivates us to correct it and robust our work to strengthen the weak areas. Earlier we Indians always compare Pakistan regarding the development and mightiness. Now we have to shift to compare China and the US and allow India to improve in a lot of areas, and realise the fact that India can be a superpower country too.
