It is important for me as . I would be undertaking Nanda Devi base camp trek and or Gidara bugyal trek in coming September. So if these two kriya helps me in coping with cold and exhaustion which high altitude brings, then it is great for me. I am relatively fit 54 year old. Regards Rituparn

Thank you for your kind words. As i have mentioned the demonstration is just to bring awareness that yogis did master science of breath and adaptations and it was not some mumbo jumbo. Also the logistics of tantra yantra and inner neural networks is very much true. I will try publish more such videos from such locations. As far as sadhna goes i hope these videos help everyone understand the algorithmic approach towards sadhna and deepen their practise from their guru. Only and only when you surrender to a guru the sadhna will give efforts ...

This video is for educational purposes . You have to visualise the mantra by trying to see witj open eyes first the letter as abstract and then the sound will connect. As experiment u can try just doing whay is shown without chanting or trying to go in deep meditation. If you find some changes pls seek guidance as all these practises are lineage basee and build upon your lifestyle and food habits too. Sound control everything from your enzyme yo hormones and hence must be naturalised over time

You can build on the concepts. Practise diet discipline of eating waking sleeping on same time. Try sitting in a place and have just proper spine alignment. Focus on breath. If you do these basics right rest follows

A lot of misinformation exists... some people claim--"X., Y, Z food causes body heat."... e.g. 'I cannot take Methi or Turmeric or Kesar'... "Mujhe Garam padta hai"... one sensible connection is if we take excess Black Pepper or Ajwain or Indian Cinnamon, the liver gets irritated by their toxins like coumarin and also the acid-base balance is the body may tilt... Science-backed explanation is needed...

Hi Doc, I am confused or maybe missing something, how can your O2 levels drops to 70%. I've heard that once below 90 or 85 % that people get admitted to the hospital. Am I missing out on something? Well if it is consistent they will.. but we are at an elevation where oxygen is low and simce i belong to sea level my body is in acclimitazation. Also remember its not the oxygen level most times but how much yiur cells can get them in quality. These are concepts which cannot be written here as they may come across as linear one pointed, but have a read about oxygen exposure & usability , hyper and hypo ventilation and you will know the answer in broader sense

Mantra energy is more visual and through it sound. Idea is to see the sound however abstract it may sound. Hence when u try aim at patterns the mantra imbibes through it. I do not chant them much.. just sometimes ganesha mantra as focus when climbing Hope this helps

Sir woh practise se aayega. Yaha sirf demonstration isliye diya hain ki yah baat pata chale ki yogi swayam in kathin paristhithiyo main keval pranayam se kaise rehte hain. Aise asankhya pranayam hain jo keval guru se sikhne chaiye. Maine keval 2 bij mantro ka visual bataya hain. Inke aksharo ko keval breathing se jodna hain. Aap pratham ek bij se aarambh kar sakte hain phir dusre aur practise hone ke baad apna prayog kar sakte hain.

Hello Been travelling over himalayas over 18 years i have learnt from many masters on the go in geographical locations. So i do not have one guru. What i present here is an application form for research students and youth to have a pragmatic approach towards our shastra. However if you do visit such harsh locations any sadhu who is staying there for long periods will share these things as it is a mode of survival. Of course their technique may differ. One cannot find s guru but arrive at one. Eventually guru is a state where irrespective of the person moral social paradigm our energy wants to bask in knowledge. Eventually that state is found within you and the one who helps you arrive there is your guru. So keep connecting.. do not think of thug cheat.. if your energy is willing you will reach there Hope this helps

Well as long as its Prakrit dhvani it is safe. The sandhi break or letter however are to be know . Also the purpose too and that cannot be correlated as per energy units. So safest is aum and hreem

This is just a demo about how yogis control breath. I have mentioned at end that for quick results it requires bandha. But one needs to ficus first. If concentrated is on herat rate it wont happen. Once you get a feel in diff environment heart will adjust. The rates are just indicative. Please read the pinned comment

Do not do it without supervision. Please note i have demonstrated a concept not the exercise. Though u can do deep abdominal breathing but alternate nostril please do under supervision

Here the point is not to promote any sadhna or prove any point. It is just to give a demonstration about algorithms of yogis. I have left out many intricate points which must be individualised under a guidance. This js just to creatr awareness amongst youth about algorithms of vedas and hopefully encourage them to think on those line.
