A bot is following a program. An easy way to tell is by logging out and back in after 90 seconds. If the system is clear of Greys/reds the bot will predictably get back to work.

Bots being on a script of sorts they will do unreasonable reattempts like if you almost kill him or land on grid and you miss him but he just comes back after a specific time it's a boy especially when it's consistent. This guys legend for video. 🎉

yep. Nullsec can be easier, since you have the added advantage of just bubbling the station. The only difficulty over lowsec is confirming that the bots are out, since you can't just dock and check.

yes. It's an exact approximate science lol. If you log in too early, the bots won't leave the station, if you login too late, they will punch their stabs and warp away from the asteroid belt. You want the program to hit their stabs while they're warping towards the mining belt, so they're in cooldown while you have them scrammed. 80-90 seconds is usually a safe bet. But tbh, it also depends on the distance the bot is warping.

How to find bots?

I like to ask them. If you scan a system and they've already warped away, it's a good indicator that you're dealing with a bot. If you ask if they're a bot, most people are pretty willing to admit they're not. A bot won't respond.

Its sad overall to see bots everywhere you go and netease does not do anything they just dont care theres systems with like 20 bots at the same time and if you go to CS and try to talk to them they just deny everything and act like they dont know but ya guess that wont ever change and we gotta get used to it that netease goes hand in hand with the botters hehe
