My boss did mess up when it came to my checks (long story) so my $$ been messed up. I'm not staying I'm just making ends meet and want to start my own biz. My coworkers do be watching me not in a nosy way but a how does she get ish done effortlessly and I be trying to teach em so they arent stressin but it's not for everyone to get. I’m unhappy because of my manager! Shes unhinged! Extremely unprofessional and causing me stress due to her behavior shes a Scorpio who should not be in power. Selected pile 2, but in my case my boss hates my guts for whatever reason. He speaks to everyone else and laugh and joke. When it comes to me, he don’t even want to look at me. I don’t even know why. He hardly ever give me recognition even when I’m doing a good job. When it comes to other employees he quick to applaud them and encourage them over the smallest thing. I don’t think this pile is for me. Based on my unbiased observation, my boss is avoiding me at all cost. I wouldn’t be surprised if he listened to the haters at work, and is scheming to fire me. So many damn narcissist in my life, it’s sickening.

Pile 2…this describes my past year since going back to work from medical leave of absence (in Oct 2022). Work was chaotic with arriving to a new location with problematic coworkers and a new manager trying to establish ground rules. They were snakes and I observed how they operated and adjusted accordingly. There was a point where customers started flirting with me more over time. I’d catch some slick comments and weird energy…My manager and I were on the same page about a lot of what went on. He really did have my back & spoke highly of me. Thoughts of favoritism came up…fast forward months later and the staff has changed since some being fired. We’re also being transferred to new locations so there’s a small chance I’ll work with them again after February 😂
