I certainly think Sara is definitely the embodiment of lies given how we’ve seen her “true” self take advantage of others and keep up the leader image

This was a neat video about some of YTTD's themes! I would like to note though that Reko, an emotional person, surviving if Sara makes the logical choice is also something that applies in the second main game. Sou is the emotional one, and Kanna is the Logical one, that's why they are both pushing that they should be voted

I'm pretty sure that Kanna is the emotion route and Sou is the logic route, due to the fact that Sou could be more useful then Kanna in logical terms, but no one really likes Sou, so if you choose Kanna to survive, then you're making decisions based off of emotions rather than logic

@@lillieshooman1138 I think the original comment was misunderstood. They're not talking about the routes, they're talking about the characters themselves. During the trial, Sou is acting on emotion and Kanna is acting on logic. It follows the same pattern as getting Reko to live. Reko is an emotional person, but Sara must make a logical choice for her to live. Sou is an emotional person, but Sara must make the logical choice for him to live.
