What if you did get a message saying that you're study material has been delivered, but to find that it not delivered to you # the write address. when you trying to call the number they sent through that message (the Pretoria head office ) no one answers! it has been a month now !!! I tried to call them many times as I can with no luck # I'm in Durban!!! What the next step to follow

did you try your local post office? if they were there and you were not available they usually take it to the nearest post office for you to collect.

Hi, you could try and call the dispatch number on UNISA or take your tracking number to your local post office and have them track it.

Hellooo!!!!........I'm a first time student at unisa and I just started today.....I would like to know how do you do your assignments and sumbit it? Do you get a special multiple choice page or do you do it online.....I'm really really confused please help

Hi, I have a few videos explaining all of this. You do get a special MCQ page if you send your assignments via the post or you could do it online.

@@AnkiaStoltz and if you want to do it online, how do you do that? ......it requires a pdf for most of the assignments......So do I have to type just the answers out and send it

@@clararenegovindsamy2912 when you do a MCQ you just go to myunisa and have all of your answers ready. Then you go to assessment info and to your assignment, then you will need to fill in how many questions there are (ex 20) then they will take you to another tab where you select your answers for all 20 questions.

Hi, dit hoef jou glad nie te bekommer nie. Daar is n myunisa website wat ons studente kan inlog en daarin kan jy al jou boeke aflaai. As ek eerlik is, ek gebruik bitter min die boeke, ek werk baie gemakliker met die e reserves.

I don't think so. You need to finalized to be able to even download the study material from myunisa.
