I love your channel, just found it. I too have a desire to start a KZbin/book tube channel, and write a book but like you use to do I talk myself out of it every time. I worry a lot about every aspect from having the right equipment, the time, knowledge etc and have I’m sure undiagnosed anxiety and a whole lot more. My son acts just like me and he has a list of disorders. But I need to do something to help show him life can be fun and don’t worry so much about the what ifs and to do what you love. Man I hope that makes sense and don’t sound stupid or jumbled.

Hey friend!! So glad that you found your way here! You totally can do it!! Yes, I totally understand what you mean! One of the biggest things about being neurodivergent is developing a system that works for you, instead of trying to do things the way everybody else has. I’ve noticed for myself that as soon as I stop comparing myself and thinking I have to do it just like other people I see, it gives me this internal sense of freedom to do it my way and the creativity, passion and excitement begin to outweigh the fear. Don’t get me wrong, sometimes it’s still scary but it’s also exciting! Cheering you on friend!!! Make 2024 the year you walk with your fear. 🖤🖤🖤

This is so awesome! I just started my booktube and I’m not getting a lot of views which is discouraging when I put hard work into it for nothing. But when I watch these videos it lifts me back up to keep trying. These tips are great and super encouraging. I was too!!!! I promise! If you watch my Booktube newbie tag video I talk about being nervous! I still sometimes get nervous, but also it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself honestly. I am so confident now and I’ve made so many incredible bookish friends!!!!!!! You should just try, if you make one video and hate it then you don’t have to do it ever again… but if you make one and love it then 🤷‍♀️
