You need someone to level your washing machine with a spirit level. It will be very difficult because of the tight space. You need to check it out, then take it out, adjust, put it back to its place, check again, adjust if it needs and so on. Most of the people will give up and let it not adjusted... Also, some of the samsung washing machines have a "drum calibration" sequence that you need to run before using it. To activate this, with the empty washer, press power off then power on, hold down "temp" and "delay end" for 3 sec. The "CB" message should appear. Pres start button and the calibration program will start. Hope that helps.

I have since fixed it and the machine is stable now but thanks for the tip. I didn't know the Samsung has a "drum calibration" function thanks for telling me how to run this👍
