Ralph is no genius, but Howard is insufferable. It’s less about the stupid crop size of the dumb photos and more and Howard not wanting to take any direction from Ralph. He has to knock him down to make sure he knows that he’s a nobody compared to him.

In my line of work I consider myself the best and I also feel like certain people can't teach me anything because they aren't as experienced as I am.. so it only makes sense for Howard not to want to take advice from someone who doesn't know anything about the subject..

​@@Zwia.Most of those guys would have never gotten an opportunity without him.. so how else do you expect him to feel when they start to dedicate their professional effort towards something that has nothing to do with the show? if they were good people they would learn the business.. dedicate some years to someone who has mastered the business.. and then move on if they are able to.. a good example would have been Billy West who gave us some great shows and moved on whenever he had mastered the craft.. that guy became very successful and he never badmouthed anyone..

Same thing crop is short for cropping and specs is short for specifics .. Completely interchangeable
