where are you when we need you Howard Marks, you are the voice of Cannabis in the uk, yet now with all the contaminated cannabis around you are no where to be seen. We need you to help spread the word. why why why was the contamination issue not headline news over a year ago. have you made enough money from her yet howard? she is being abused, you owe it to her to try and make people aware.

@MegaTrainspotter Happy Mondays first 5 albums are fucking inspired...the lad has a legacy and will be remembered long after he's gone, and has battled personal demons and addiction and overcome them - no small feat. No fucker will remember you when you're dead....or me for that matter, but then again I'm not giving it the big'un on the internet mocking people who HAVE made their mark.

@susangavaghan Musically I think I'd have to agree with you. But Ryder is a complex character & if you take him at face value you're likely to underestimate the man's intelligence, which he's always done his utmost to play down. Where he comes from, men aren't allowed to talk about anything but sex, drugs & football. Now even if I was only into the sex & football of that holy trinity, I think I'd end up on drugs to try & escape that fact! Suspect that Ryder is a lot more likable than Morrissey.

dont believe everything you see in films mate. Shaun Ryder maybe a struggling drug addict but if youve ever seen him perform live you'll know what stage precence the guy has got

@susangavaghan Btw, what's wrong with the Durutti Column? Surely Manchester's finest even if Vini Reilly's vocals make Shaun Ryder sound like Billy MacKenzie!

@jonahspj22? 'trainspotter by name, trainspotter by nature'?mmm? sorry don't get it? ..How do you know he has done more than i ever will? If you think appearing on a fake celebrity show makes him relevant ...good luck to you.......OH? You say you don't know any band that are still relevant after 40 years? Have you heard of a band called THE BEATLES? They are still selling skip loads of records 50 years later...

i did. its shite. either he was a grass or a super grass and he touches on it more than once throughout his book. all his 'private school jobs for the boys club' shot any creditability he ever had. mi6

@scenethis1? A touch hypocritical me thinks? If he was a unknown junkie in your town centre .........you would walk over him........I repeat ' I'm a celebrity revive my career'..oh yeah i just so the happy Mondays 'greatest hits' in the bargain bin in HMV...... hardly LEGEND status.........A LEGEND for me is a musician who's still relevant 10,20'30,40,50.......years on and so their music......Happy Mondays+Shaun Ryder ..no..no..no..no

@jonahspj22 People just get jealous because they have to spend their time working in jobs that honestly don't mean shit half the time. I work in construction putting in air conditioning, I don't give a fuck about air conditioning ! If i could make money from something I enjoy, I'd go for it.
