David was the Howard Stern of music. He said what was on his mind despite his critics. "Speak out, you got to speak out against the madness." RIP David.

David Crosby was earnest, intelligent, driven, complex and confident with a golden voice and a great sense of history that allowed him to create new genres in music. Can a song change the world? I don’t know but he tried.

The interviews with Croz over the years got better and better, but I wish he had David perform his songs on the show with the band. CSN's last tours were not good, but the band I saw him with was really really superb. Howard should have gone to see him in Westhampton Beach a few years back.
