Les Moonves was in charge and I believe he started dating Julie Chen who was on the CBS News and then the host of show Amazing Race and then the CBS version of the View called the Talk . After those accusations about Les she stepped down from being the host of The Talk lol.

He started "dating" Julie Chen while he was still married. He ended up being sued and thrown out of his job at CBS for sexual misconduct, insider trading, lying to investors, etc... He and CBS had to pay over 30 million in a settlement of the allegations.
