@@aarondx3764 that's debatable. there was more internal participation Heathen Chemistry onwards. the hype was long gone but the songs were as good, and the songwriting wasn't just Noel's. the last 3 albums have really good songs that one can play on repeat without getting fed up, contrary to what some other people in these comments say about oasis being repetitive and mediocre.

I actually like this version. I think knowing that this is the person who really wrote it and is connected to it in that way adds another level of depth to it that can not be hindered by it not sounding exactly like the “original”.
