at least they knew about nuclear weapons. it appears, once you generally knows how it works, you don't need only super brainiacs like Einstein. that's how almost anyone can possess them these times, be it Israelis or North Koreans. btw. this game is incredibly silly, but compared to abomination called Tiberium Twilight, it's still not so bad.

So, my opinion is that RA3 cutscenes are the least awkward cutscenes of the C&C franchise. But even RA3 cutscenes still look dumb. That should give you some perspective.
