I think the fact that Dragona is the only one who has asked anything of the Mate Kudasai is going to be important in the future. Usagi has repeatedly asked Dragona and only Dragona to use his stand and this chapter marks the third time it's been used. It seems too deliberate to be coincidence, but I have no clue what it means.

Later in the chapter, we see the stand create a light after Charmingman says he wishes he had one, so I don't think there's any special connection to dragona here. If anything, what you're describing is likely a sign of Usagi being infatuated

Should be noted for the straw dragona was the only one there who wasn't calling to leave him behind so it might just be a thing of he got closest to them first and if your going to ask someone to use your ability you should go with the person you already explained it too

Usagi is very quick to think on his feet, we see this with the Cat Size fight and right here when he opens his lungs up to breathe, i think the prerequisite of his stand needing another person to catch up to Usagi and ask for a solution could be to help with his dynamic in fights, yes is stand is very useful but he needs someone else to help him use it effectivly, even if he is very battle intelligent (hes not always right tho, see the metal detector when fighting charming man)

The company also kills people with a stand that seems like normal illnesses and therefore leads to no investigations and they slowly kill with cancer and other illnesses. Sounds a lot like how big corporations cause damage to communities that manifest in deadly illnesses

Someone on Reddit called the Hawaiian State Land Registry irl equivalent and apparently, documents are not allowed to be kept in the department. All original documents are to be given back to the owner and seeing the original documents would then be at the owner's choice. So, what is that stack of 48 documents doing at the land registry? Could it be that Howler intentionally had "fake" documents stored there and knows whoever is trying to see it there are ones who clearly didn't have the proper clearance? And, perhaps other corporations with documents in the department may be trying to do something similar, so the lie is more convincing? It could reveal that the lava rock has a flaw where, while it will attract things of monetary wealth, it relies on what the holder believes has monetary wealth. So, something that is a really good dupe could be attracted to the lava rock simply because the holder was tricked into thinking it was valuable. This would add the implication that the gang realize they received fake documents and would have to find other means to find the real ones.

I’m convinced the Stand’s user is one of the paramedics that came to the scene. The way the ambulance keeps getting shown ominously is one factor, but the main thing is how it’d be the perfect cover for the user. If the users ability is to make people sick, they’d be the first ones called to the scene as a paramedic and they could check first hand if the ability did it’s job, and without seeking out of place. It’d be the perfect way to check to see if the person looking into the documents is dead.

IMO Down with The Sickness makes the most sense for this stand to be called as the flow of the song lines up with the arc as the song starts off slow yet suspenseful and is then interrupted by Draiman's iconic "O wah ah ah ah" which resembles the arc with it starting slow and suspenseful and then being abruptly interrupted by usagi projectile vomiting everywhere and starting the fight. as well as some of the lyrics match up pretty well such as "it seems whats left of my human side is slowly changing in me", "Looking at my own reflection When suddenly it changes Violently it changes There is no turning back now" and "Get up, come on get down with the sickness" seeing how first usagi gets infected and then Charmingman and Dragona quickly getting infected too. I also wanted to point out that the stand literally has what seems to be arrows pointing down on its face which could link it to Down With the Sickness.

I actually DON’T think this is an automatic pursuit type stand. When Charmingman went into Usagi, it felt very odd for him to reiterate the idea when saying “this is definitely an automatic pursuit type.” It seems like Araki is trying to make us believe it is. However, I think the user is actually inside the ambulance. This would allow them to do a couple of things: 1) They can ensure the woman dies and no once can save her. 2) They can closely follow Usagi and the gang’s car without drawing too much suspicion. Again, I don’t think it’s an automatic pursuit type. I think the user needs to be near them and that’s why he’s using the ambulance. Moreover, the stand didn’t start to affect Usagi until they exited the building, so maybe that’s when he got close enough to the user.

So my takeaway after reading the chapter and watching your video is that the stand isn't just a callback to the Lovers from part 3. I'd say it's a combination of the stand on the Cover for U.S. Biological Journal Cell that Araki did and The Lovers as this version seems a lot more dangerous from the get go. Also I think the reason the cancer develops is because the stand seems to be breaking dowm parts of the body and when dna is damaged or if the part of a cell that tells it to die is damaged then the cell becomes a cancer cell.

I think it's cool that the stand kills in a way that makes it seem like an ordinary illness. Sort of how big corporations can cause damage to communities through factories and products to make a profit only for those things to cause long term illnesses and death that goes unnoticed for years/decades

I'm assuming the stand activates by contact with the papers since the lady directly touched them, Dragona also came in contact since the papers had to touch the lava rock, and I recall Usagi touching the papers though I could be wrong about that... and don't want to bother rereading previous chapters at this point in time

I'm calling it now, this is an infinite range substand of the real stand bound to the documents, that spawns in whoever touches the documents, so there can be multiple of them at once and the user doesn't even know who they get with their ability, like Polpo.

Even though Charmingman isn't a confirmed Rock Human, it would be crazy if he isn't. I wasn't big into the concept and execution of Rock Humans in Jojolion, but I'm liking how Araki is handling it so far in Jojolands. Probably helps that Charmingman is part of the Jojo squad instead of an antagonist like Toru, and is being given time to develop unlike Toru as a final act insert.
