Nice, remember the old WAP1 or 4 hauling the Rajdhani 101 UP and 102 Dn in 1984. The fare was Rs 250 / around for Chair Car, There was only 1 2 Tier and First Class. Regarding speed, recently rode the N 700 Shinkansen between Tokyo and Hiroshima, recorded speed on the app varied between 297 km.h and 310 km.h.

Nice! Because you had your camera near the window in some parts, I kept my laptop on my right side such that, it seemed as if I was traveling myself :) I remember the last time I was on this train, the arrival time at Dhanbad was supposed to be 8 pm...and when the train stopped there, the station clock showed 20:00 :)

How do you get to know which train is crossing at night when travelling at high speed and cannot see anything ..is it an educated guess depending on the time from the time table ?

By Rajdhani it takes approx 17 hours....costs around 2100 bucks... BY a normal train like Poorva takes 24 hours...price should be around 1500/1600.

Firstly, thanks for watching and liking my videos! :) Its a great feel to hear it from any viewer! Yes all the Rajdhani-s reach Delhi around the same time. Their slots have been made in such a way that at that point other trains are either looped out for overtakes or made to run late. Naturally, being Rajdhani, they receive topmost preference!

Nice. But one question. Why did Bhubaneswar rajdhani halt at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Gomoh. Because Orissa is in south and its capital is Bhubaneswar. It should go from Rundhi Palwal route.

Yes on that front its really good. Specially if the train runs late you get to record the fabulous ghat sections. But the train now regularly runs 3 hr late. So it is very frustrating, considering that you have a pay up only for a premium super fast train like Duronto to run so late. SDAH Duronto is meant to be the fastest duronto in India having an excellent overall speed. Moreover this train is no longer hauled by GZB WAP 7 (My all time favourite). It is now a HWH WAP 4. I know that it doesn't matter at all but still... xD

i traveled in it as recently as 14th August and it got a Howrah WAP-7...its link fluctuates between a WAP-4 and WAP-7... and as for paying money does it really matter if you are not in a hurry?? coz spending more time in train is something i really like.. :D
