I've worked in restaurants at Christmas time and it's baffling why management want to take advantage and make more money. And the whole idea becomes a mess with scenario after scenario of complaints. Why don't they learn. I remember one Christmas day at work, the manager locked himself in his office as it got that bad, and a waitress was kicking in the office door screaming! Lol....
