Thanks for the video, not many out there. I was tired of packing my laptop outside all the time so trying this. I got everything to work with my A32 5g with asi178mc and asi462. I'm just curious about the powered hub. I have 2 that I bought because I didn't want my phone to power all the cam too, but don't think the hub is powering anything. How would you hook the hub up? Any help appreciated.

Wireless charger if you phone can charge from a wireless charger.

@@MatthewHKnight My model phone doesn't have that. So I thought the hub powers the cam not charging phone at the same time. Guess that would work if I can figure out how, thanks

Yeah a lot of newer phones normally will power it but honestly I don't even think you need that USB hub. Personally I wouldn't recommend using this software or camera with a cheap cheap and trust me just because you got to MetroPCS and pay like $200 for a phone doesn't mean its good.

@@MatthewHKnight tried it in the day, its cloudy to try the planets. Would be interesting to see if it preformes better than my old slow pc. It seems to work fine on my Samsung S9, they have the fast USB C. Certainly will be more convenient than a laptop. Then its just a matter of copying video to phone, then use registax for processing

@@denodan It also works on Android Tablets as well. Obviously you need a good Android tablet. I haven't done any astroimaging in at least a year or more the weather has been terrible and I work a lot right now is the best time to image Mars because it's at the closet orbit to Earth it will be tilI think 2 or 4 years from now.
