For anyone really searching for how to do it here It goes: How to basic added the baking soda too fast, so it burnt besides the sugar didn't cook enough, you hace to make a blonde caramel first with just sugar, you will know that it is blonde because it will be light golden, after that add the baking soda, when it starts to puff, flatten it down with an oiled dish, wait for 5 seconds, use the (oiled) cookie cutter, press it really light for 2 seconds and remove it, it is really easy, if you don't succees just adjust the time or cook it more or less, depends on how fast it solidifies and the color
