Introverts like me are characterised by their need for alone time to maintain and refresh energy levels. Being an introvert gives the assumption that we're calm in a stressful world. That's not always the case but we do use logic a lot.

Great video. A couple of other pieces of advice that have really helped me… 1. Own that shit-be proud of being an introvert instead of constantly thinking that you’re inferior to everyone else 2. Tell people that you’re an introvert and to not take it personally when you don’t feel like being social

Great advice dude, I am also an introvert and back when I used to party I used to just disappear because I just found it awkward to say goodbye, when I didnt have a good idea of how to do it without feeling awkward.

I think that disappearing without saying goodbye does have its place in certain situations. Makes people wonder where you went and makes you look more mysterious.

It would be nice if someone made a video highlighting issues with being an extravert. You make some amazing points for 2 to 5. However, I take a bit of issue with the first point. I think you're confusing being introverted with social anxiety. In the past I've felt out of place and shy but then I realised it was the people I was hanging out with. If they're not on my vibe now I'm not interested. When I'm with people on the same page it's a different story. You do make some really good points though. Great video as always!

Hey Buddy! I've gotten way better at leaving room for others in conversations, but isn't leaving room the opposite of what this video teaches? Not exactly. The constant chatter of someone like me with rather strong ADHD.. I'd personally refer to as noisy silence. My words may sometimes seem meaningless, like I didn't really say anything a all. But I did though.. and that leaves impressions. Not the good kind. I haven't really checked if you have a video on this, but I think Introvert + ADHD is worth talking about. Thank you for these videos man!
