Thanks for pin 1st trick worked for me I was using capcut but it is banned in INdia so i had to use VPN but after removing VPN, LAN settings were automatically set to use proxy server for connection it happens every time but now i know how to fix it i use capcut using vpn and then manually change the settings to automatically detect settings @@HowToFixTech

Nothing of the above worked for me.... What worked was: Go to the Network connection....disable all other networks (ethernet and other) which are not used....only enable one network which you might be currently using .. Reason; Desktop computers and laptops have wired and wireless network cards to connect to the internet. These two cards are meant to operate simultaneously, but they create many problems. including websites not opening. Many Windows 10 users on Microsoft Forums have claimed that they have fixed the website not opening problems by turning off the unused network adaptors.
