preston in your opinion should you pick the bhad stance or the rp stance and run all your serves through that one stance? I can hit from both but it would be harder to read a player if they start the same every time right? In my case I hit my wide angle, cuts, drops, and fwangos from bhad stance, but i feel more comfortable hitting jams from RP.

Help me understand Roundnet Lingo, the Jam is a serve intended to go directly at the receivers body or to his left?

It really depends on you, as a server. If you’re cutting it, meaning hitting great angles, the serve receiver should respect it and cheat. Then, it hits the receiver lefty - tyler cisek is a great example because his cut is nasty. However, if your opponent doesn’t cheat, it will highly likely hit on his body. I hope it makes sense:)

left would be better but it just depends how far they go to your cut
