My issue is when the video is a little longer than 20 secs , after render the quik app collapse and dont download the fiie render. The 360 video is ok but before I had video longer and no problem . Buenas, te consulto lo siguiente. Yo voy a viajar durante 2 meses generando contenido con la cámara. Por lo que vi las únicas dos maneras de exportar los videos de la misma, es a través de la app en el celular con WIFI o en el go pro fusion estudio renderizando. Ninguna de las dos opciones son viables para mi modo de viaje. Aquí va mi duda... es posible mover los archivos de las tarjetas SD a un disco externo, y luego volver a incorporarlos a la cámara y renderizar por go pro estudio? Gracias.

The only complaint I have for the Fusion is lack of accessories. I cant find chest or head strap for Fusion.

How is 360 degrees going to work if you are wearing are chest strap?. There is adhesive tape underneath to stick to your helmet.

@@David-uk7sm Yep, I bought the Fusion but took it back within 2 weeks. It wasn't terrible, but I went with Insta360 one X instead. It has a lot of accessories, but had to get waterproof case. Fusion was already made waterproof.

The stitch lines are amplified in water. The transition between the two lenses is very noticeable. I still do it because it is fun.

No, the Fusion has its own battery that doesn't work with other GoPro cameras.

One lens on each side of the unit, each covers just over 180 degrees. When imported into go pros software it stitches the two videos together with decent results. The pole is not a gimbal but one isn't necessary as it is possible to do image stabilization in post production. Provided you have a computer with a big enough hard drive, holy bananas are the files huge on this thing.

Hi Salih, Sorry, the Fusion book was never published unfortunately. There is a book for the Max camera that, even though it's not specific to Fusion, still has a lot of similarities and may be useful to you. Sorry about that. The Max book is available in digital and paperback.

If you were to place the Fusion near the pitcher's mound, I could see the Overcapture feature having use for your desired effect. Worth looking into the distance needed to capture a quality video with Overcapture. (Which comes with the Fusion) Hope this helps.

Hi Adam, You could definitely pull this off with Fusion by using the same raw video to make multiple edits using Overcapture. However, the wide angle lenses on Fusion typically need to be closer to your subject than it would be in a baseball field. Also, if a baseball were to hit the camera, your Fusion might get damaged- it's not as rugged as a typical GoPro.

Hi, my fusion has different exposure for each lens, one lens super dark and one lens alot more brighter. Firmware 2.0, I do also use protune but it still same a problem. How can I correct this ?

Even though it seems strange, when you record, try to split the light on each side of the lens. For example, at sunset, hold the camera sideways so the sunlight lands on both sides relatively equally. This will help the exposure even out for each lens.

The camera requires two cards because each lens records onto one card. The two "halves" are then stitched together to make a 360 video.

Yeah, you can still produce great content with Fusion. It just requires more time in postproduction. In Max, the files are stitched in camera, which really simplifies the process. But, as far as quality, Fusion is still good.
