It's been dumping daily here in NC. I managed to get down about half a pound of instant release ammonia sulfate, I did exactly what you mentioned after a mow. My previously struggling turf is getting nice and thick and green. I need to mow again but it keeps raining 😢

Doc, great video with some great tips! Question - How would this affect an application of Humic Acid? I have a 55# bag of the 100$ Farmville Humic. This is a very and I mean a very fine powder product, I have thrown it out straight with a broadcast spreader and with a Orthro Hose End Sprayer (2#'s to 5 gal @ 3 oz per 1000.) What method would you recommend applying this product and with all of this rain we are getting in NE Georgia can I apply it now?

QUESTION: I see you carry a 22 cal with snake shot. Have you found this to be effective against snakes? I live straight across GA from you and come across 6 poisonous snakes so far. Thanks

Yes, but you have to practice to understand the shot pattern and best distance which is usually about 10 feet.
