One thing that is not made clear here, and on other similar add-ons: What is "multiple response". Is it limiting the number of people who can respond, or does it limit the number of times an individul can re-take say, a quiz, in order to change the response. By default Google Forms allows either a limit of one time, or an infinite number of times.
