@@tachibana_mansworth you are right. If the owner is responsible and careful, you can decide to not spay your dog. I personally prefer to spay females because they can have pyometra or phantom pregnancy and that can be stressful and dangerous, but my male is not spayed because it's the opposite case! Studies have proof that a spayed male have more probability to have various type of cancer. But let's be honest, there are more stupid owner who think that "my doggy want to have children! Look how sad she looks" or "my dog fell in love with my neighbor dog, we couldn't stop them" than smarter owner.... To not mention those horrible people who breed dogs and sell them as "purebred" when they are NOT.

I love how Danchu's daddy is so sensitive and also attentive to her. I am glad she got spayed. Animals are always quite pitiful after a surgery. You feel sorry for them when they look like they are in pain. Take care of your pretty babies.🐾🐾💜🐾🐾

@@LuvKitKatt look it up. Unless the female is supposed to be used for breeding, spaying her is better. Having their menstruation tend to be very painful (and it lasts between 10 to 20 days for them although it doesn't happen every month) and it can cause serious health issues overtime. The doggo's personality can change forever after their menstruation cycle starts. After seeing how Danchu was when she had them, I think spaying her was the best option for her. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion of course, but I think her owners know how to take care of her

@@LuvKitKatt When animals are fixed it cuts down on other side effects. When a cat is not spayed, she howls and whines unbelievably when she goes into heat. She also doesn't have to go through the blood loss. I have had two cats and they were never ill. One lived to be 16 and the other was 21. Plus, it cuts down on the pet population.

Kì Glìž female dogs that are not spayed and never have puppies have a much higher risk of cancer in their reproductive organs. If you don’t plan on breeding your female dog it is better to have her spayed.

When my super hyper dog got neutered, he seemed so sad and lethargic when I picked him up and all through the night he didn’t sleep! - at night, I wasn’t used to him acting so different that i actually cried so much and told him repeatedly I was so sorry I got him neutered LOL the following morning, he was back to normal and was super hungry!

When my big dog got spayed, she could barely walk out of he vet clinic, I had to lift her into the car (30 kg). She would also do the thing where she stops and looks at nothing for a few seconds, I think it's because of the sedation, not the pain. She's perfectly fine now! :)

I'm surprised actually that dogs can walk out of the vet (like your dog and also Danchu) bcs when my cats got out of the operation room they are completely unconscious (we carry them in carriers) until after 4-5 hours at home, only then they started to gain consciousness... so today I learned new thing :')

And go visit the shelters, you can see that there are a lot of dogs and cats that don't have owners and they will be killed soon because the shelters don't have enough budget. You want the dogs to have babies then have the babies abandoned and killed? Anyone with a brain know that neutering them helping controlling the population and lessen the burden on the shelters also reducing the number of abandoned stray animals. Most of these dogs won't ever have the chance to mate or have babies anyway since the owners can't afford to raise the puppies.

I also had to lift my dog (27kg) out of the vet table, and into the car and carry her upstairs on the day and then downstairs and upstairs every time she wanted to go outside for potty. It was quite the workout but at least I don't need to worry about her potential health issues related to it.

I know it is so hard to go through this, but especially with female dogs...it really is best. I watched my dog suffer through heat cycles and in the end she had to have the surgery anyway. It was rough, but she is recovering and doing great! And I am so happy for her...no more painful hormones!

Right when my dog came out of the vet after being neutered, he was wagging his tail and licking me and my family because he was just happy to see us. But everytime we tried to bring him to the vet from that day, he refused to go inside. 😂
