He shows up in Domain 404 (20:07) Has a couple small parts in Risky Virus: Phantom Theif Night (1:02:51) specifically at the start (1:03:14) and at the end (1:06:39) he shows up. And his final appearance is at 1:16:13 together with Kaeya. Unfortunately he doesn't have much screen time(or mentions) this Hoyofair :( Hopefully Ragbros oriented video next Hoyofair 🙏

The girl is sohreh. In a collection of notes unofficially named ‘Zandik’s legacy’, dottore and sohreh go on a research trip, but they had vastly different ways of working. Dottore basically doesn’t like the rigid structure of the akademiya, and sohreh dies on the mission. It’s not 100% stated but dottore was the one to kill her, and he framed it to look like it was done by tigers

Genshin Noir is a true work of art. Amazing work! Domain 404 ended at the most interesting moment-THAT'S NOT FAIR! Progenitor Invasion is still a pure masterpiece. The fighting animations are so cool! I absolutely love them. Genshin Elemental Warfare - this plot can easily compete with the current Genshin storyline. Tip the Scales is a new rising star in the fan animation stage. A very worthy participant. I'm glad there aren't any rankings or competitions like 1st, 2nd, etc., because every animation I mentioned above is incredible. The plot, dialogues, animations, and voice acting-there’s simply nothing to complain about. p.s. The Sidekick song is wonderful, such a hilarious gem!

Truly amazing work 🎉 My only pet peeve from these fanwork is the repeated usage of certain characters yet some hardly or never get a small cameo ( example Heizou, Yaoyao, Tighnari, Cloud Retainer, 4 stars of Mondstadt). I know its fanwork and they choose their favorites, its just nice to seemore characters.
