HOYS SILVER LEAGUE QUALIFIER SHOW! - so close but yet so far...

Hey guys!!
This past weekend me and Brian headed to Felbridge for the HOYS Silver league semi final qualifier! In these qualifiers you have to come top 3 to qualify for the semi final at keysoe in which top 8 qualify for HOYS. It’s a long difficult process! With 3 rounds in both the qualifiers and semi final. Starting at 1.15, second round being 1.20-1.25 & 3rd round (jump off) being around 1.30!
This year my main goal isn’t actually HOYS, we have a lot of shows planned so I’m not putting pressure on myself to chase these qualifiers, Felbridge is only 40 mins from us so I thought why not go and give it a go!
Brian jumped so well for me, we got very lucky at quite a few of the jumps 🙈but he went clear in both the first and second round, just having an early fence in the jump off meaning we finished 10th and in the money out of 60!
I didn’t even expect to go clear in the first round so to go all 3 rounds especially in the weather conditions and over technical courses I couldn’t be happier with him😊
