My girl turned me onto " From Eden" such a beautiful and wonderful gift and one of my very favorites now ( this weekend we will sneak out onto the beach when it's the wee hours and we will dance to that song) AND NOW I get to share this very soulful ---- gorgeous version of " Dark End of the Street. What an incredible tale on one of my favorite songs!! Thank you.

I have to agree with you. As a matter of fact, I loved Linda Ronstadt's version until I heard this version from Hozier. The dude's voice is fucking amazing. Probably why I loved Ronstadt's version due to her beautiful voice!

I keep finding these shiny gems along my travels on the interwebz and I am just blown away every time. You've inspired me to start singing again after a 20 year break from voice/opera, mostly brought on by life. I'm so thankful every day for your music. Keep singing, Andrew ❤

At the dark end of the street That's where we always meet Hiding in shadows where we don't belong Living in darkness to hide our wrong You and me, at the dark end of the street You and me I know time is gonna take its toll We're have pay for the love we stole It's a sin and we know it's wrong Oh but our love keeps coming on strong Steal away, to the dark end of the street, mmm mmm They're gonna find us They're gonna find us They're gonna find us, oh someday You and me, at the dark end of the street You and me And when the daylight hour rolls around And by chance we're both downtown If we should meet, just walk on by Oh darling, please don't cry Tonight we'll meet At the dark end of the street, mmm mm
