I think the 17BII has a pretty good solver and equation editor.

The 27S is a great scientific calculator with the same solver and also lots of functions the 17BII doesn't have.

Great video series. Really enjoying the content. I have an unrelated question. I found a website that used a function "sigma" in the solver for these calculators and they said it took ~80 seconds to compute. I have looked in the manuals and cant seem to find any documentation for it. Are you familiar? the exact syntax is "A=SIGMA(I:1:5000:1:1)". Thanks!

How many equations can be stored?

Hard to say. It has 6,750 bytes of memory usable for storing lists, variables, and equations, so it depends on how long your equations are. My guess is that if it gets to the point where you're running out of memory, you'd also have too many equations to be able to find the one you want anyway.
