A lovely VTVM. What else would you expect from old HP? It was top notch. Nice job on the needle meter and again, beautiful innards.

Lovely old instrument. It probably has a few bad electrolytics, paper caps and perhaps some decayed resistors and dirty switches and pots. Looks quite easy to work on.

@@TerryClarkAccordioncrazy no bad caps. Yes, dirty switches and pots. Most resistors meaasured high, but I left them original. See part 2.
