I would love to see someone who made vertical gpu mounting properly - placed close to the side cover, with intake holes for fresh air access and some exhaust tunnels on the top and bottom of the card (where Hot air goes outside of case). I bet this would beat the horizontal mounting (where Hot air goes out to the case and its exhaust is limited by motherboard on one of the sides) to the ground in terms of temperatures.

Oh you shouldn't put thermal plaste in the drain because of chemical you should used ethanol or it other siblings of a word to clean it up.

The HP Elite series are great systems even the SFF and USFF. The 8200 USFF has an interesting board in that it uses an MXM Type A GPU. You should check it out to make a very small but powerful system for light to medium gaming for cheap.

unless you want to keep it, you can cut the back of the old psu casing and reuse it as an adapter plate for a more snag fit for the ATX replacement.

I used that black foam that comes with motherboards and gpu's packaging and cut a good piece and wedged it in. Looks fine but yeah thats a good idea I wouldn't of had to drill into the corsair power supply probably

Shame what Bethesda did to Doom Eternal. The only big changes I would have made would be to go with a 2500 instead of the 2400, it clocks higher, and I'd add an SSD. I always avoid putting the OS on hard drives if I can help it.

i recommend finding those old lga 1155 xeon 4 core 8 thread cpus on ebay u can pick em up for 30 bucks be a better match for the 480 but either way great vid as usual and very good price performance good lookin rig

Quick question. Wouldnt using that RCA tv restrict you to 60 frames without tearing? An rx 480 would push more than 60 at medium. Not question the PC performance but you'd get the full potential with a better display. Love the video man. Big fan. More curious than anything I swear.

@@zetter5888 Why would a card's age prevent it from being playable? It's coming on 4 years old, but an RX480 is still plenty to play any modern game at 1080p at 60+ FPS on ultra settings.
