Amazing feat...using razor knife I was able to "pop out" HP compatible chip and replace it within a Non HP ink cartridge! Problem solved.

After recent Auto firmware update in M479 printer, the "Manage Updates" option does not show up in "Update the Printer". So basically we now cannot select "Allow Downgrade". Can we still downgrade the printer using .ful file ?
