Nice video, I have an office computer, it's the same one in your video the - - HP EliteBook 745 G6 Notebook. The company never sent the shipping labels and no one will return my calls/emails. So I consider it mine now. However, the Bitlock Key and the company configurations are locked and there's no way into the laptop. How do I get the computer back to its original manufacturing state? My thoughts are to just find out how to dump the hard drive and start over, I'm a mac guy so I'm not sure if that's the best option. Thanks.

U can alway reformat the os is u can get to the bios. Is the bios is locked, u can check the manual to see if there is a way reset bios settings.

Thank you. Yeah if the bios has a password there may be a jumper on the motherboard to reset it. If the issue is with windows, just make yourself a windows installer with microsoft media creation tool. It will install windows to a flash drive. You can then just reinstall windows. Your want to grab yourself a license key of course.

I wanted to ask if I have a HP Pavilion dv6-1030us Entertainment Notebook Computer It has been rebuilt twice and and now the keyboard won't type I LOVE this but the next time she has a black screen I know she's can't be revived. I need help I like HP's for the number pad and I'm familiar with the brand I'm looking at purchasing the HP EliteBook 850 G6 15.6" FHD Laptop, Workstation, Intel Core i7-8565U, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD because I need a hard wire port to plug in my internet cable but I was also looking at the Elitebook G3 with the SSD card reader at the bottom of the device. I don't know which one is best for me the G3, G4 or the G6. I have a canon MX530 printer that will only work with Windows 10/11 so I'm limited there too. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated. I watch a lot of videos and do training and write technical document. I will get an external hard drive and a external DVR reader to play my cd's/dvd movies. I'm trying to wait until Cyber Monday to get the best price.

They do but its basic. It is one of the function keys.
