Thanks. I just replaced my battery. The battery is only using one of the two possible screws from the factory (the spring-loaded one). The other mounting point near the connector is not being used for some reason.

My hp 820 g3 elitebook's screen was flickering so i opened it from back and found the battery was swollen i removed the battery then checked the laptop but the screen was still flickering what could be the reason??
