Mine doesn’t have the ram slots underneath the keyboard. Can I use two 16gb ram sticks for the 32gb of ram?

Can one simply add the new RAM (2X8) leaving as little as, 4gb (2X2) in place? This would result in there being 20gb RAM total serving the system.

Only 8560w with i7 CPU had additional slots under keyboard...

also as I am finding out on the 8760W only the motherboard that was designed for the 4 core processor had the additional slots.

Mine is core i7 with quadro 1000m gpu but no slots under the keyboard. I'm stuck with 8x2 gb sticks underneath the laptop
