i too have a hp envy...par purchase ke time hi maine uspe screen protector lagwa liya tha...i think uski wajah se hp pen is not moving smoothly on the screen...what do you think? is that the problem ya koi aur issue hai?

I also have the same pen, may I ask if the nib is already broken, can you explain how to replace it with the extra nibs that came inside the box, because it doesn't come with any tweezers to pull the nid???

I think one nib that is already attached with it would be working and if yes then the nib will last years so use that and if it stops working just buy nibs

Thanks a lot , manually switch on off feature is not available in this pen , maybe it automatically put it in rest mode when not in contact with the device.

There is no need to manually connect the pen from your laptop !

You just need to move your pen closer to the screen and make sure that the pen and the screen have build the connection (you can check this by a black dot that appears when you move your pen closer to the screen )

If you are charging it using laptop then yes , otherwise you can charge the pen from type-c cables that we use for charging our phone.

With my laptop i got the pen which means it will definitely work but in your case according to my research you will not get pen in your laptop box . so you need to purchase it separately for that go in settings and see whether it has hp pen control option or in taskbar search for (hp pen control ) if it exists then reply me or if it doesnt then your laptop will not support pen. thank you stay tuned :-)
