It is now really serious why candidates left the job of judiciary after selection because of work load is at its peak ..and major issue is salary...is so less to survive. This situation arise because higher grade pay is stopped for clerk...you have to handle huge work load with salary of peon scale ...there is very little difference in peon and clerk scale. 1950/ grade pay to clerk is so less even bank employee of Himachal having 3200 grade pay. That is why every year we are seeing judiciary vacancies

Pay scale or work load ki baat nhi hai dost, work culture bhut he zada bekar hai you will feel like a slave in judiciary, i left after 3 months(judge scolded me harshly and threatened me)my friend left after 10 months of service toh agar koi bahut zada majboori nhi hai tbhi join krna otherwise ek burger bechne wala zada khush rehta hai judiciary ki job k baad. Again it's not about salary or work load but it's all about worst working environment.
