महोदय जी मेरे पास HP 316 Ink Tank प्रिंटर है, कम्प्यूटर द्वारा कंमाड देने पर तो कलर प्रिंट निकल रहा है लेकिन अगर प्रिंटर से कोई कलर कॉपी कर रहा हूं तो E का error आ रहा पेपर प्रिंटर लेता है लेकिन पेपर अंदर जाते ही एरर आ जाता है, अगर आप मेरी कोई मदद कर सके तो मैं आपका आभारी रहूंगा।
