if you don't want to update the BIOS with the utility update, and don't want to risk losing your data, or engaging Bitlocker security feature, try this method.
If it doen't work, repeat the procedure.
That way, you will empty the memory and the laptop will start. If rhe keyboard doesn't work, use the on-screen keyboard located in the accesability menu; don't forget to enable mouse click located within the OPTION button- beneath the ENTER button on the on-screen keyboard.
Once you enter Windows, you will have to use the on-screen keyboard.
Have in mind that the physical and on-screen keyboard might not have the same key mapping, especially the special signs ( SHIFT+; Fn+, etc.).
Updating BIOS with the utility update mifht resolve the issue, because, for some reason, input and output aren't the same as they should be.
