Greetings! I have the exact same issue on my HP LaserJet 1010. "Attention" led is orange, and "go" and "ready" led is green fatal error. But for me when I press and hold the "go" button secondary error pattern is only "go" and ready" led is green. For me I think the issue is not with the format scanner unit, but the fuser (fixing assembly). My question is if replacing fuser film is enough to fix the issue? I haven't taken apart the printer yet.

@@Extreme-Service_Point So heater element and fuser film. I don't think scanner is related but I will check that as well. According to the service manual it is the fuser that is the problem. But it says the entire assembly. "If the GO and READY lights illuminate as the secondary error pattern, the fuser (fixing assembly) has failed and must be replaced." Replacing that costs more than the entire printer.
